By downloading, installing, or using the Luminor mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Luminor is an AI-powered personal productivity assistant that helps you prepare for upcoming events by generating preparation checklists. The App provides:

• Voice and text input for creating tasks
• AI-generated preparation checklists for your events
• Calendar view and task management
• Local push notification reminders

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your device and data
• All activities that occur under your use of the App
• Ensuring your use of the App complies with applicable laws

4. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate preparation checklists. Please note:

• AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only and may not always be accurate or complete
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before relying on it
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated suggestions

5. Subscriptions & Payments

The App may offer premium features through subscription plans:

• Free Tier: Limited to a specific number of AI-generated checklists per month
• Pro Subscription: Unlimited AI generations and additional features
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
• Payment is processed through the Apple App Store and subject to Apple's terms
• You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and content (excluding user-generated content), is the intellectual property of NeoSpark Tech. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. User Content

You retain all rights to data you create within the App. Since Luminor is a local-first application, your tasks, notes, and other content remain on your device and are not transferred to us.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use automated systems to access or interact with the App

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL NEOSPARK TECH BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
